I took me a while thinking which solution should be used for analysis.
Alhought there are commercial products that could be used (<a href="http://www.pocket-neurobics.com/BioExplorerLibrary.htm">BioExplorer</a>), I decided to start from scratch and build my own software named: BioEra (was BioPro before).
I chose java platform to do the coding. Thera are java virtual machines for PDA linux with good performance.
The best part with java is that it can be developed on standalone PC and then run on PDA without any modifications.
The software analyser is now being implemented, below there are a few sample picures of what is already done.
